My teamspeak come online and disconnect sometimes...

are you using this command Before starting the server ?
./AccountingServerEmulator-Linux

killall -9 ts3server

The address is in use. do pstree and see which process use ts3server. Kill them and then start using sudo -s

Let us know if issue persist.
