Teamspeak Server Crashes

So not sure what the fuck happened, download and followed the instructions a while back, then had to delete the old servers and start new and now my server randomly shuts down, im on a dedicated server host, nocix.net, and they claim everything is open port wise. Ive checked and the firewall is shut off, and both the account emu and server.exe are ran as admin and set to compatibility mode as well. Only set the compatibility mode after crashes started. Everything is up to date. Here is the _0 log

check the ports are not already used. restart it

I can't help, this is the windows version and a lot of members are having the same problem with it.
