how to fix ?

Probably you restarted your server without shutting down teamspeak first. I have this message only that moment but teamspeak server starts correctly!
If you don't want to see this code again, just remember to shutdown you teamspeak server before you reboot!!!

I have this problem too (ts3server.pid found, but no server running. Possibly your previously started server crashed) and i deleted "ts3server pid" and try to restart the server (and first it starts) but in 2 seconds it seems down. What could i do?:(

You shouldn't delete that file. You got the error because you restarted your VPS without closing Teamspeak first. Generally this doesn't cause problems, but you shouldn't delete that file!

Easy..

1. Check the logs and show them if u have technical problems.
2. Dont reboot your vps or root when teamspeak is running, and stop with the script (Linux) : /ts3server_startscript.sh stop. For Win, u need to right click the icon in the bottom right and click exit.
