Hello, i have a lot of servers all around the world. I'am looking for a VPN application source code mainly for windows.
I have around 200 servers from hosts like flokinet, novogara(aka ecatel) etc, etc. Those hosts are abuse proof and dont take care of what clients doing, so it will be perfect for VPN.

VPN application source code mainly for windows.

Why not just use Pritunl or something. I think that might be free..ish. Otherwise, maybe just the standard OpenVPN.

Keep in mind to look into "alternative to" also, in case there is a nicer product.

For example I'd go to https://alternativeto.net/software/openvpn/ and search "Free", or "Source".. a really good one I have heard of is https://www.wireguard.com/

It intends to be considerably more performant than OpenVPN. That is WireGuard!

Also.. I do not fully understand your question. Do you want a VPN client that connects people to a server or what?!

I want to run a VPN Service as i said. I have lot of server all around the world.
I need an app with client login/register functions with plan management
