VPS OVH GAME Problem

I have a serious problem, I tell you what happened. I hired a server in bungeecloud and cancel it because when I created a ts3 server and a cod2 server on port 28990 nobody could connect but I could connect to both servers.

Cancel that service and I decided to hire in www.omgserv.com and I tell them that I am having the same problem with the server of cod2 ...

What should I do ???? in both companies sell vps ovh game

It is as if some people from different countries can connect and others do not

Maybe because you are already connected to the server via ssh or other services, so the OVH GAME firewall knows your IP.
Or maybe it's because your IP has a better reputation than others. I can also connect to a teamspeak, if the game firewall is configured wrongly and my friends can't connect.

If you establish a 1st connection to a server (by ssh for example), then your IP passes by the firewall and you can access the servers.
But, if you try to access directly any other services, you will be like other people.
My clients face the exact same problem when they open aditional Teamspeak servers and forget to ask to open the ports on firewall:
If a user access a teamspeak server that is already open on firewall, he can access the teamspeaks on all other ports without any problem. But, if he try to access directly any other port without going 1st to the port that is already opened, then he is blocked.
It kinda works like a knock-on-port.

then what I have to do is tell omgservers to open the ports in the firewall rules?

Just open omgserv panel --> go to ip --> edit game firewall ;)
