Where is the ICON TOOL?

Hey guys, i used to use the ICON tool made by someone from R4P3 staff.
It was an .EXE great for grabbing icons from teamspeak.
I tryied to search it on forums but couldnt find it?
Does someone still has it?

It was vip content since its release. Therefore it's only available for vip members.
