Do you has installed the .sql file on "SQL" via phpmyadmin ??I cant create account. it writes that account is created but i cant login and table users is empty. Can you help me?

Thank you. i did (screenshot here http://prntscr.com/bta1vk ) but i sitll cant create account. It says that account is created but i cannot login and database users is empty...- You need to edit: class.logsys.php(it's under Commands folder!)

Looks, you has forget to edit config.php and class.logsys.php to same "connect" of database
