Their site was down because they were getting a l7 malformed post attack.
They eventually got back up by using a captcha on their whmcs login.
Note: blazingfast.io isn't on any l7 protection besides from voxilitys (no browser check)

As far as I know, they're using HostBill and not Whmcs.
I just think that they're unable to run a protection service on their own.
