You can simply check it out with Virt-What tool

For Debian/Ubuntu:
apt-get install virt-what
virt-what

And you quickly see what virtualization does the provider use.

I think check with billing what is going on is it a bug or a temp glitch?

They will fix it. if there is an order reference number generated they will edit it?

I know this hosting for almost a year
this order system it was always like that
