You must create the folder config and icons in the group assigner folder on the webserver
und give the webserver permissions.

@Multivit4min did a really good job with this one, however the change to Ajax for the add groups or remove groups functions without a delay makes it easy for someone that has access to this panel to constantly spam group changes on the server.
Also, im wondering why he used the "groups not allowed to use the assigner" logic rather than "groups allowed to use the assigner". What are the benefits to that?

I think it would be easy to add a delay in Ajax, however have no time to check it today but if I find out ill fork on github
