Because its unstable, you can get blacklisted, has got some bugs.
I mean if you don't care about uptime and you don't mind to get in situation like here on thread then okay.
For me uptime and stability is first )

If you don't worry to go in greylist and after blacklist in some day: use it
Keep in mind that TeamSpeak company doesn't allow to connect from real teamspeak to client to modified servers and your ip/domain can be greylisted automatically without user reports.
