Help installing Windows Server 2019 in OVH

I 'm new here, and I'm so grateful to find this forum. Please guide me through the installation of Windows Server 2019 in OVH. I have OVH-HyperV 2019, can somebody provide me with a step-by-step process?

A question, why Windows and not Debian or Ubuntu? idk. the Windows Installation i think automaticaly or via VNC or Remote.. and the Licence...
