This addon will auto reply to messages sent to you on TeamSpeak.
I post this here since there is no entry on http://addons.teamspeak.com about this awesome plugin

consider this is a plugin that anyone can use! if you add kick or ban perms the plugin won't work the user doesn't have perms (and maybe it will crash?)

I know that, it'll not work if the user doesn't have perms
I'll use it in my own server - some people like do spam, I don't know why

I give them ban for 2-10 min but it's hard to go and write the reason every time someone spam u

There are ban templates though, that you can create them on your client!
