2 months is nothing!
i did wait 4 years, when they closed the npl registrations until they decided to open then again with new rules (custom domain, activity etc)

That Might be what is happening atm, My NPL license expired a couple months ago, I contacted support to get it renewed and they said that "NPL is closed for a few days while they are making changes to the system" That was 2 months ago. A couple days, turned into a couple months, then a couple years.

Your license should have been updated automatically, if it was active (used on a server). Probably it wasn't or it was in an offline server. In your case you have to apply again for a new license. That's why they gave your that type of answer "NPL closed, try later".

I dont know the reason why it wasnt renewed automatically. Just 1 day TS went down, tried rebooting it, failed. Checked logs server wasnt starting becuase it was using more slots then the default license.
