Domain to IP Without Port

How can i made a forward on:

ts.blabla.com ... > 123.456.789.0:7895

It will be ts.blabla.com:7895
What can i do to got this domain without ip but on same port?

Okay, i tried to create this DNS and it's not working...

My DNS Configuration, i tried on 3 domains:
first: BlazingFast

second: BlazingFast

third: BlazingFast & DNS from CloudFlare
