Fake the ping (of the entire server)

Why would you ever need that? Is your server so shit that you have to fake the ping time? Really? It would be probably possible, but your best chance would be maybe asking the TeaSpeak dev for such feature.

Can use cheat engine to lower your own or raise it. I imagine it's possible to lower other users if CE is used on the Server but it'd be on a client by client basis as far as I'm aware.
