i tried many providers like blazingfast.io / hosteam.pl / buyvm.net / kms-hosting.de / ramnode / linode / vultr /gametown / serverffs
The only provider that worked for protection against udp flood random source and other ddos types is evolution-hosting.com
These guys know their shit and now my Team Speak 3 runs fine without any lag for sure.
Please add evolution-host under the anti ddos list. they have advanced ddos mitigation + ACL filtering.

Personally... I would not recommend their services. They don't seem professional at all, I might be wrong though. Maybe they do have a very tight defense.
