the problem it's not only in the ranks system
it's in the IconManager web to
so there is a problem in the server or something like that
i don't know what is it but maybe someone know that

the teamspeak bot its work but the web script like iconmanager and ranksystem and Actbot its not working he always says:
QueryError: 0 php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

Please anyone help me
