icon / game icon request in channel

im looking for a way to "do" this, like if someone joins a specific channel let's say "Game Icon request" they can type in the chat like !csgo and they get a csgo icon

as far as ik u will need a bot to do so, the bot will read the chat of all rooms or a room u make it.
but its easy and perf efficient to make it in a prv msg of a bot
but if u can make it use it like
!add [x] (x: game cmd or group ID)
