INFO|Error Log Server 3.0.13.3

I have the same error version server 3.0.13.2 and now 3.0.13.3

Log : |INFO | | |Error opening file: No such file or directory someone help me?

and I noticed some connection lost so I saw that in another log this

Log :
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Cleaning up connection because of 12 resends of COMMAND packet
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 99 because of resend timeout
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Cleaning up connection because of 5 resends of COMMAND packet
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 67 because of resend timeout
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 93 because of ping timeout 19 0 0
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 140 because of ping timeout 19 0 0
|INFO |PktHandler |1 |Dropping client 19 because of ping timeout 19 0 0

you may want to show/disable your "limitblock"

I never had problem 5 years now, what happen again?They have changed something?

Well yes when you update a software you take the risk of things changing.

You daft or something ?? The changes may have to do with the rate and size of the packets that the server sends and receive !

I didn't put in the new firewall rules. I think it's not working properly Anti-Flood

This is fixed in Server Version: 3.0.13.4
