I have the same error version server 3.0.13.2 and now 3.0.13.3

Log : |INFO | | |Error opening file: No such file or directory someone help me?

and I noticed some connection lost so I saw that in another log this

I'am using iptables generally but no 3.0.13,I have rules for ts3 [9987,30033] limitblock

Well yes when you update a software you take the risk of things changing.
