JTS3SERVERBOT banned a user.

Hallo gays , i need helo , again , today i was in my ts3 server , and something happened , the JTS3SERVERBOT ,have banned a user from my server , HOW ? i have 2 bots , auto afk , and welcome message , why ban ? , someone know ?

Webinterface is the past in linux server with the JT3SERVERBOT .
