login as : ubuntu Server refused our key

*Hello I use linux 16.04.1 I always connect with putty without any problem.*
Today I made an error instead of writing ubuntu to the login I put root instead of ubuntu harsh it is the I can more connect with ubuntu nor with root I tried everything I deleted the key Of putty and give but no result
Code:
disconnected no supported authentication methods available (server sent publickey)
I hope you can help me and sorry for my bad english

You have to specify the key that you want to use to log in I think. Open putty, go to Connection > SSH and click on Auth. There select the Private key file.
Then you go to the top and either save the settings or you enter the IP and click Open

Not sure if thats even the issue though but seems like it because the server wants a key instead of password
