I know this is a long-shot, but it's worth the try!
I am looking for a free teamspeak server without ads located somewhere in europe.
The server will simply be used for me and my friends.
I don't need much slots, if you are able to provide more then 10 it will be wonderful but 10 is enough for us.'

Go buy one from ovh. It's 3 euros per month the cheapest one and ok for just a 32 slots teamspeak.

I can create 32 slots server for free, only on non default port with query access. Pm me for more info

You even have from Bungeecloud VPS for 1€, with ddos protection

Ask support, they have their ts IP on their site, owner Paul is almost always there if not he than some of other owners
