It sounds like he wants a plugin that can update/change his nickname like this:
~--Name---
-~-Name---
--~Name---
---Name~--

And so on.. just an example. I'm sure that exists maybe, if it doesn't that would be easy to make.

Yes i have already see this type of script/plugin on multiple forum, multiple scripts have been create but you will need to check which works and wich is update frequently (or who is not too old..).

There is a script by @Bluscream you can use that'll just need 1 line to change!
