You can simply check it out with Virt-What tool

For Debian/Ubuntu:
apt-get install virt-what
virt-what

And you quickly see what virtualization does the provider use.

brother i need to buy :) ? thats why i emailed them till now no response. may be buy due to new year eve.

I think check with billing what is going on is it a bug or a temp glitch?

They will fix it. if there is an order reference number generated they will edit it?
