That stands for almost every OVH Reseller (same hosting), and there will be only more and more bypasses, OVH isn't good anymore for ts3. There are other providers

Unfortunately this is true... i loved them fore years, but now ... whereever i bought a vps which was OVH (standard vps or game vps) always ddos attacked and always lagged, packet lossed, connection lossed, etc :/ and if i asked for help, they wrote only "fix it inside in your linux system"
thx ovh xD i don't know what happened to them. I thin kthey are not the old ones ...

We offer refund only if the service is not as described, we won't refund users who buy servers and don't know how to use it, and that seems more than fair to me.

When you order vps for 5 euro ok. But when you order services which cost more and more than this VPS/VDS (doesn't matter) there is must be guarantee or you will always lose your moneys

If the protection doesn't work as described and your service goes down during attacks we can opt for a refund but if there is no valid reason, we can't refund you.

Nothing This is reason why I recommended that guy from few days in PM, because theres someone like you who starts talking bad things about hosting that you've just heard of. Someone could think that sonicfast now isn't good and trustable just because some newbie starts talking nonsense about hosting. And I don't see why this "no refund" isn't good or anything, this doesn't mean that hosting isn't good.

Their protection might be good, I can't know this until I check. Refund terms has big impact on hosting evaluation from client side.
