Paket Loss Jumps When Editing Rangs

When we try to edit permision in our rangs the pakets start to jump to about 30-40% is there a possibilty to fix this ?

Looks really wierd, maybe something else has something to do with the packet loss.

are you sure it's server sided and not client sided?
cause it's like a normal "upload" so it's reasonable if your client's ping goes high for even 2-3 seconds.

It could be possibly caused by a very slow disk and/or very high IO wait. My teamspeak hangs when my server has high IO wait. IDK what the f*** but it seems that teamspeak is reading files from the main thread, which causes it to hang for some time.
