Solved Payment for one month VIP

Hello,

I recently purchased bitcoins and transferred them to the BitCoin address posted on your front page (*REMOVED*) and upon entering the transaction ID into the form, it told me to message [email protected] which I did and I provided my username and transaction ID and I still don't have my VIP assigned to my account. Could someone sort this out for me please?
