Solved Payment question

So i sent the btc to the address,(i paid via virwox).
But when i sent the btc to that address, virwox showed me this message:
Your request for withdrawal has been received. However, a manual step is required before it can be completed.
For security reasons, manually check some withdrawals to Bitcoin (for example for new accounts). They will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming the withdrawal, when it has been processed.

So, in the transaction status of r4p3 it says that there is 16hour of time to confirm the order.
My question is,
if virwox takes more than 16 hours to process the payment
What can i do?

If the transaction does take longer than expected, just provide us with the transactionID and the time the transaction was confirmed. I should be able to track down your donation then and upgrade you manually.

One more thing, if the bitcoins are sent after 16 hours, the address to which I sent it is still running or expires?
Because even when the address is sent, there is no longer
