Problems with Teaspeak and yatqa

I've created a new ts3 server following these tutorial https://r4p3.net/resources/mirror-teaspeak-server.291/ & https://r4p3.net/threads/connect-with-ts-clients-3-2-0-to-teaspeak-servers.7107/. The main issue is that now i cant use YATQA becouse it gives me the "connection refuse" issue

Do you also know how to change the serveradmin password with teaspeack?

i've tried
./teaspeak start serveradmin_password=passwordhere
and i've made sure that: COMMANDLINE_PARAMETERS="${2}" in the script
but it doesn't seems to work

It works perfect but now they have to fix how to change the voice ip address. And I'm perfect since I got 16 IP's.
