hello i saw a server on teamspeak the new versions and old ones can join the server im pretty sure they arent using teaspeak because it has 0 bugs etc is there a way to do that?
and if i buy the liences can new versions and old ones join

What are you talking about??? OF COURSE NOT!
The client connection has nothing to do with the server license. It has to do only with the server itself (not frontend editable).
