Clients have to connect for at least a minute or so (The bot is not on the server continuously but checks once for every minute for 20 seconds)
Also, as far as I remember it didn't check your client database so clients need to connect in order for you to see them at list_rankup.php

Add this at the beginning of your script
Put your data on it
date_default_timezone_set('YOURDATAHERE');
Read the link i gave you to know how to get the correct data.
Examples:
