Newcomer1989 updated TeamSpeak 3 - Ranksystem with a new update entry:

Release 1.3.9

With this update we reworked a core component of the bot. We now store/cache the most values instead of reloading it from the database with every loop. This brings especially on bigger Ranksystem databases with a couple thousand of users a bigger performance boost (reduces CPU load & load on the database).

a question is there a user system apart from the main one as soon as you create the site? so that more people can use the webinterface?

No, currently there is no user permission system for the webinterface. It is still on our todo-list, but this is not our first prior. So there is no ETA yet.
