I used to be able to connect directly by typing the IP. But now i can't just says server error on both IPs
and i have to connect through port 9988 to work and my channels are gone.
It was after a server restart. What's going on?
Please help, a lot of people are counting on me.

It honestly sounds like a server issue. I recommend if possible backing up your server key, server database and server config.. then doing a fresh install, then replacing the backed up information. That is realistically the quickest way I can think of fixing the issue, unfortunately.

Your ts3server received a shutdown signal. So the normal response to that is to shut down the server

Why did this happen?
There are two possible reasons:
1. You send the command ./ts3server_startscript stop
2. You ran the command ./ts3server_minimal_runscript.sh -> If you did so, the server runs only as long as you are within that process. As soon as you press CTRL-C, the server will stop. The minimal runscript is intended for debugging, only.

The server is launching. Can't access it through IP. Just through port 9988
and it's empty. No channels etc

switch your sql to readonly and check its content with something like sqlitebrowser

Well, I can't find any problem in that paste, Mind showing us your Client Log? maybe It's printing something that can help us find the issue

I downloaded the Whole teamspeak 3 folder to my desktop from the vps now. I am rebuilding the VPS (formatting).
Any idea how i can restore my server channels/groups etc ?

Sure, just paste in your old datebase you used. If you want to have uploaded files, avatars etc. then paste the folder "files".

Ahm.. I don't understand. Maybe you want to join our TeamSpeak at voip.r4p3.net
Everything you posted seems not like a problem to me, but like normal behavior..^^

That's what IT teams do across the world. Backup database, wipe shit and restore database... problem solved, always and forever.
I know this, I broke my school network twice in high school messing around, the IT guys stormed the whole school formatting every school system. That was funny until my "friend" told on me and I got caught.

That will not help him- he wants to know the IP of the virtual server within his local network.
You'll find it somewhere in the settings of your VM software

To connect from outside, he'd have to do a Portforwarding, too.
