You added the ips on the host file and started the Accounting Emulator? When you start the Accounting Emulator, look for the process in the task manager, if is not there, rename the file to futs and then start again, and look for them

i have this on host file

# 127.0.0.1 accounting.teamspeak.com
# 127.0.0.1 backupaccounting.teamspeak.com
# 127.0.0.1 blacklist.teamspeak.com
# 127.0.0.1 ipcheck.teamspeak.com
# 127.0.0.1 weblist.teamspeak.com

and i rename Accounting Emulator to futs and unblock this file.
I wait two hours and say it works. Thanks for help @sTreaKeR

If You have Linux please use command:
cd /etc/
chattr -i hosts

vim hosts (If You don't have so : apt-get install vim )
to end add:
accounting.teamspeak.com
backupaccounting.teamspeak.com
blacklist.teamspeak.com
ipcheck.teamspeak.com
weblist.teamspeak.com

Press: Esc
:w
:q

next:
chattr +i hosts
reebot
...........................
DONE

If You have autostart so start server first accounding...
