Hmm I know how to install it but its just the TS3ANetwork error that randomly comes up, I'll prob think of getting the VIP version.This doesn't have the problem of shutting down every 2 hours if you know how to install it. (If you follow instructions lol)
But yeah, if you cannot make this work go for the other version that is only for VIP members by the way.

Even tried figuring out the problem on a localhost server too, could it be a port being blocked?

Are you also using 12.2 tho?I just made sure that my 30033 TCP is closed while i have never in my life seen this error yet. Could be something windows specific then.
