I think he didn't mean the provider that you have the vps, but the provider that you have your own connection!

There's an easy way to find out, does anyone else lagg on the server you host your TS on?
Yes: You have a problem with your hosting provider.
No: You have a problem with your own internet provider.

Its not because of cracked... cracked or not doesnt change anything on the networking connectivity

It's not supposed to the port is blocked, so no reply comes from it. if it was open to the public (which is just a dumb listener), you'd raise a red flag instantly

This is something completely different. You don't need this, so your server is good!

About forwarding your domain to your teamspeak 3 server just use the control panel of your domain you hosτ and with the dns settings create a new forward to your VPS ip!

Some people can connect with the domain but some people can't, I guess it just takes a while for it to work with everyone.
