There are not really any legal consequences.. Atleast im not aware that teamspeak sewed anyone yet for cracked servers. But they may Blacklist/Graylist your server. Search on the forum to find out what that means.

If TeamSpeak is down and you do not have access to SSH, your server is not working somehow. It could be at the network level (DDoS/DoS), physical level (maybe there was a fire?) --- I don't know man, you should switch hosts.

Hey,
I'm using this crack for a long time to host TeamSpeak servers for free and I'm very happy with it.
But I've got a little problem: Somebody found out, that I'm using a cracked version and wants to report me at TeamSpeak.
Are there some legal consequences, or should I ignore this person.

just ignore him if you have his ip, blocking him in the firewall (iptables), he will think that your server is down because of him annoys you any more and you made a person happy, good boy

The emulator cracked version from the prerelease is already available in VIP.. But we wont push time and effort into cracking pre-releases.

You can buy bitcoin via Paypal there are several tutorials around here on the forum.
I didnt make the release I cant decide to publish other peoples work.

Do you have edited on /etc/hosts and added this ON TOP?

127.0.0.1 accounting.teamspeak.com
127.0.0.1 backupaccounting.teamspeak.com
127.0.0.1 ipcheck.teamspeak.com
#127.0.0.1 weblist.teamspeak.com #(only if you dont want to be on the weblist)

And try this:
./ts3server_startscript.sh stop
killall -9 ts3server
killall -9 AccountingServerEmulator-Linux

- And try this:
./ts3server_startscript.sh start
./AccountingServerEmulator-Linux

And it could work!
