i just use install script with ubuntu, when i connect by ts3 client, i checked that server information still 32 So i need to install manually?

Current 3.0.13.4 Windows version is only for VIP > VIP Membership

For the free version you need to wait.

Make sure your AccountingServer is running and make sure your hosts file is correct.
