TS3 Default Banner for All Virtual servers

Hello,
I hosting a Teamspeak 3 server on Dedicated server and i offering some Free servers.
I need to have some advertising server for my project, but I do not know how to set up an Ad banner for all newly created servers automatically.
Can anyone help with this?

Here is a copy of PM from Alligatoras, I hope this will help you
you need Yatqa!
Just login with the admin server query account!
Don't choose a specific server and go to the Advanced Tab
Where it says image url and put the image you want!

Also remember to edit the server admin template
remove the permission: b_virtualserver_modify_hostbanner so the user won't be able to change it!

3.step Look at the screenshot > http://prntscr.com/f9ytgj
This banner is visible on all created servers!
