Ts3 NLP license denied

3 times i submitted for NLP license but denied. they want website movement like members and conversation but how can we get those quick ?

Are there someone with website that can help to make movement so i can get NLP license.

Thanks would appreciate if someone can be of assistance.

Note: i have 2 NLP license before 2014 approved but it being used for other domains i bought new one and would like new NLP license but no website activity is the main cause.

Make a forum, get people to register on it and publish some posts

siteweb must be have a lot of page not one
making page web to get npl will be denied
1/ must have logo
2/ info about the owners
3/ how to connect to ts3
4/ why choose us -ddos proof + music + clans and descript those

I set the forum.
Sunday (18/03) I opened the registration. I started the TS server.
Wednesday (21/03) I applied for NPL (forum: 60 registrations / about 10 topics and about 100 posts)
Thursday (29/03) I received the license: D
