You are on the greylist. Your server has been reported to teamspeak.
Only solution is to change the server ip.

I was experiencing this problem a few days ago, got in touch with teamspeak support and asked for an NPL license, and I sent another ticket asking to get my DNS IP from the list and the problem was solved.
