Hello I have error page 500 when i want start/stop/reinstall ect... teamspeak server via whmcs panel at client

Could not connect, check server ip: port and firewall settings

but i full config and off firewall windows server off

Could be a hardware firewall?
To the whitelist Ip Host?

hi i want to ask this:
when a client make order trough wchms for a teamspeak server for 50 slots example after the order confirmation and automatic setup the clien is possible to change the the slots him self from teamspeak client , so how can i restrict this ?

Hi thank you for the answer
i think i fix it but i remove from the querydocs the permission but i watch if i order 100 slots every time the new server is created is with 32 , my emulator is running.
