@0x0539, thank you! I've tested all versions with the exception FreeBSD that's why I can't understand that some people even cannot get it to follow those easy steps.
And @Zalati, maybe try to start the Accounting Simulator

Hello! Any other ideas why TS3 server crashes after 2 hours? AccountingServerEmulator running, Hosts file eddited...still crashing,... i am running x64 version.

I think all ports needed are open. the firewall only blocks UDP traffic, so 10011 and 30033 are opened.

Just fix your host files!
