I can't upgrade my account, with credit card i get the error: we can't accept this credit card
with bitcoin i get this error: we can only make test mode receiver right now ecc ecc

How can this be solved?

Yes, I am aware of the current issues. All of our payment solutions/providers seemingly drop us. We are currently getting Paymentwall setup, so we should be able to accept VIP membership donations shortly. Please standby, thanks for your patience.

Perhaps Supervisor may help you until we get Paymentwall configured (soon).
