I am sorry to disappoint you, but the splash page (loading page) sets a cookie separating bots from real users. So it doesn't "do nothing".
Reselling OVH is something you can clearly do if you customize the services to fit special needs. Nothing to complain about that. The professionality of that site is pretty low though, so I partially agree with you.

But their TS3 Servers are having most protected firewall. Its protected by HyperFilter.
Its not bypassable protection.

Considering that MIRAI is coming back and the capacity of DDoS is rising I don't know for how long hyperfilter will stay a reliable choice.
Well it depends. Yes 100 gbit can be archieved using such botnets, but how likeley is that your private server will be hit with such a big attack?
I dont know anything about hyperfilter but the "bigger means better" mentality is qestionable. I would prefer a better filter over bigger capacity anytime, given that it provides a basic capacity of 60G+

Also, https://www.nfoservers.com/ their capacity is getting increased soon, currently at 120G at Chicago its going up to 160+G.

For me thats stupid, since its same host same everything.
Why pay for different location? Nobody do that when you want to migrate from one to another location and thats another thing than this, this is before ordering server..
