just for test purposes, i did open it with photoshop and saved it again with the default png options, was 3,45k so it was fine too. (ps: Facebook sucks in that - destroys every image you send / share)

I can not use this icon, my server only accepts icons with a maximum of 8KB.

Sorry for getting late to answer @Celso but I always give a value of 9999999 for the server's admin permission i_max_icon_filesize so I guess that's the solution as @Kieran said.
Or you can use a PNG Compressor like this one : http://compresspng.com/ It is 100% working
