Please just search this cron-problem on Google, it has nothing to do with the TS3-Server crack. The reason because it shutdown every two hours can be that you maybe didn't set up your hosts file correctly or you hadn't executed the AccountingServerEmulator. Just follow all steps in this thread. That was your problem - of course you need to run the emulator everytime you reboot your vps - you can also create cronjobs to do that automatically!
no you won't because the default server files don't contain your database file with your stuff.
