The bot works at this moment, small bugs there and here (such as waiting 3 seconds) but doesn't need any update at this moment. -- You can get your key in VIP forum yes.

They will probably force client 3.0.19.1 with server 3.0.12.4 to avoid it all.

There is no need to make another server version, IMHO.
Limiting client version by timestamp will be enough.
You have to remember that there is an unreleased server crash exploit til server version 3.0.12.3 . So there will a new server version anyways.
